Elion turns the Kubuqi Desert into an oasis (1)

The people who have lived in Kubuqi for generations cannot understand the reasons for planting trees in the desert, and most have decided to leave. Han Meifei of Hangjin Banner never imagined he would stay here for over twenty years. In 1995, he was transferred to Hangjin to work with Wang Wenbiao. He could not understand why Wang chose to pick a fight with nature, even less why the corporation was buying sandy land to plant trees. By the Kubuqi International Desert Forum 2000, Han Meifei had completely changed his mind, and after discussing matters with experts and academics, his convictions were strengthened and he decided to stay.
