Good news on poverty alleviation in Guizhou

Peanuts are the main cash crop of Yaolu Village. In 2017, Yaolu cultivates about 164 acres of peanuts, involving 402 households and 1,578 individuals. Among them, 94 households and 311 people are classified as impoverished. The average family income is expected to increase by more than 5,000 yuan (U.S. $750).
