Words from hearts of the impoverished

Residing in Shuangya Village, Chengguan Town, Xunyang County, in the city of Ankang, of northwest China’s Shaanxi Province, Zhao Chunbo’s family fell into poverty because of a shortage of labor. The provisions of the “Crowd Funding Poverty Alleviation Vegetable Garden” project from the county youth poverty alleviation group lifted her family out of poverty with an annual income of more than 30,000 yuan (U.S. $4,433) in 2016.
