QIN Liang

Qin Liang, male, of Han nationality, born in Chongqing in January 1972, graduated from the Department of Economics in Sichuan University with a bachelor’s degree.

From July 1995 to September 2018, he worked in the Cadre Bureau of the Publicity Department of the Central Committee of the CPC, and served successively as deputy director of the Office, as well as deputy director and director of the Expert Division;

He has served as the deputy director of the Center of Human Rights Development and Communication of the Publicity Department of the Central Committee of the CPC from September 2018 to now.
