Regulations are issued Concerning Visually Impaired Passengers Travelling with Guide Dogs

On May 1, 2015, the China Railway Corporation and the All-China Federation for the Disabled Persons issued Regulations Concerning Visually Impaired Passengers Travelling with Guide Dogs at Train Stations and Onboard, making it easier for visually-challenged people to travel. (Xinhua/Wang Shutian)
