In recent years, Shenzhou City in Hebei Province, based on the principles of providing a one-stop service and ensuring that things requiring a visit in person don’t need a second trip, has been deepening reforms to promote internet-driven businesses, streamline administration, delegate powers, improve regulations and offer better services.
