At the festival, Ye Lin sings for left-behind children, the elderly, and women. Ye Lin is a railway worker by day and an inspired indie musician by night. He recently planted a bed of green peas, but that’s not all he is harvesting: He has written an “ecological” song of tribute: Song of the Green Pea.
