It has built 16 poverty alleviation workshops and provided 2,000 jobs, as well as established a new model of community governance to help relocated people integrate into the city.

The county has implemented poverty alleviation consolidation and upgrading industrial projects, rewarding households with more than one worker and independent development or substantial participation in characteristic industries and innovative development industries with funds ranging from 3,000 yuan ($421,22) to 10,000 yuan.

People who have been lifted out of poverty are encouraged to continue increasing their income by improving their development ability and to procure a stable job.
