The Yongchuan district government has been utilizing e-commerce platforms to sell products that are produced for poverty alleviation purposes and webcasting apps to livestream footage of the commodities and their producers in order to market them in 2020. More than 600,000 yuan (US$85,714) of revenue has been generated in this way in the district, which has benefitted 26 poverty-stricken households.
