COVID-19 prevention and control measures have been implemented at poverty alleviation factories in Xuanen county, Enshi Tujia and Miao autonomous prefecture, Hubei province, which has made it possible for them to come back online after a temporary suspension of operations was imposed due to the epidemic. These efforts promote employment and help impoverished people living in nearby relocation zones increase their incomes.
