The government of Yinchuan city, Ningxia Hui autonomous region recently helped local businesses that promote poverty alleviation resume production in an orderly manner after operations were temporarily suspended because of the COVID-19 outbreak. Strict prevention and control measures were implemented so that the people who work at them can continue to increase their incomes.
