Poverty-stricken Diqing in Yunnan takes measures to ensure safety of people returning to work

Photo taken on March 17, 2020 shows the poverty alleviation workshop under construction at a demonstration park in Shangri-la of Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, southwest China's Yunnan Province. The poverty alleviation workshop is projected to be completed by the first half of 2020. Since the outbreak of COVID-19, local authorities in the poverty-stricken Diqing has taken great measures to ensure the safety of workers returning to work, including scanning OR codes for better health checks and disinfection at public areas.
