Anhui villagers shake off poverty by developing green economy

Aerial photo taken on March 17, 2020 shows the seedling cultivation base of Sangang Village in Feixi County, east China's Anhui Province. Due to the poor irrigation system, villagers of Sangang Village used to be struck in the poverty because of the poor harvest from planting traditional crops. About 30 years ago, the villagers began to seek way out to cultivate flowers and seedlings, which proved to be a success and became a pillar industry.
