The Chinese government has formulated three national human rights action plans

Since 2009, the Chinese government has formulated three national human rights action plans. The evaluations of these action plans show that the overall protection of human rights is better guaranteed by institutions and laws. The cause of socialist human rights with Chinese characteristics has entered a new phase.
