Several years ago, Leiguan town, Lai’an county, Chuzhou city, Anhui province, developed a tree farming and marketing model involving “companies + cooperatives + villagers” in order to vitalize its rural areas and has been promoting the sector ever since, which has resulted in tree farming becoming its pillar industry, the natural environment improving in its borders,and its villagers making better incomes.
