Medical insurance and service for poor people

In recent years, Wenxian has set its sights on dealing with disease-induced poverty, after a survey showed that 42 percent of residents registered as living below the poverty line were impoverished due to a health condition. The Wenxian government now provides medical insurance to prevent people from falling into poverty as a result of illness. It has spent 620,000 yuan on medical insurance for 1,531 residents.
