Water system, power supply upgraded in poverty-stricken areas

Residents in Xiayaopo Village, Zhangxian County, Gansu Province, are all smiles when they finally have tap water in 2013. In 2001, the All-China Women's Federation and other organizations launched a project called "Love of the Earth, Water Cellars for Mothers."
