Install Solar Panels, Rise out of Poverty

Photovoltaic industry is at the top of Zuoquan’s agenda in its endeavors to slash poverty. By 2020, the county aims to build three concentrated power plants, each with a minimum 35 megawatt capacity, to deploy in villages125 distributed stations of a 100-kilowatt capacity, and install rooftop panels on the homes of 10,000 impoverished families, each with a capacity of between four to six kilowatts.
